ІНТЕРАКТИВНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАГІСТРІВ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНИХ ТА МЕДИЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ

The article deals with theoretic and practical aspects of using the interactive technologies upon training of masters of pharmaceutical and medical specialties in universities and colleges. Findings of the analysis of the current condition of professional training for future specialists in the pharmaceutical and medical areas indicate that the specialists possess knowledge and skills, but they are not prepared enough for practical activities, they are not experienced in establishing business relations with visitors of pharmacy institutions and are not always able to ensure the high quality performance of their professional duties.

The emphasis is given to expediency of using the interactive technologies with an aim to activate the mental activity, form the professional, pedagogical, psychological, communicative competence, the qualities vital for occupation, the abilities and skills that are necessary for formation and development of the future health specialist's personality.

Introduction of interactive technologies while mastering the pedagogical disciplines will provide the future specialists with communicative and professional competence at the labour market, form their ability to act independently and efficiently in a variety of social, organizational and informational conditions, help to create comfortable, trusting and positive relationships with patients.
