Temajuki/gemf-iii: Graph Embeddings with SVD and SVD++

This repository contains code to create Graph Embeddings using the SVD and SVD++ algorithms on the datasets Zachary's Karate Club, Les Misérables and BlogCatalog. It also contains ways to visualize the embeddings using PCA and t-SNE and a way to quantify the quality of embeddings with a node classification task on the BlogCatalog dataset.
