COLONIALISMO DE DADOS NA ERA DIGITAL - Novos contornos ao comportamento do humano tecnosférico na sociedade de controle

The aim is to analyze the so-called society of control and how technology, inserted in this reality, presents itself under the demand of a kind of digital colonialism that alters human behavior. For that, bibliographical research will be used and, in writing, the deductive method. The present study is justified because, from it, it may be possible to understand a new socio-legal behavior related to the new fluid relations imposed by the great informational traffic within the so-called society of control and which have the capacity to mask suppressive and oppressive mechanisms of behavior.
