The overarching objective seeks to promote reflection on the impact of transhumanist technologies on society and the necessary legal security to ensure ethical and sustainable technological development.
The specific objective will analyze how such epistemes influence Future Law, with an emphasis on issues of individual autonomy, access to technologies, and data protection. The research is grounded in qualitative documentary methodology; furthermore, the hypotheticodeductive method will underpin the study.
