RES4CITY Case Study: Methodology to estimate decarbonisation potential at the neighborhood level (Short version)

Description
The main objective of this case study is to quantify GHG emissions across sectors in the Benicalap district of Valencia in order to create a roadmap for the integration of renewable energy and the eventual achievement of carbon neutrality in the district. Through this analysis, it was possible to conclude that nature-based solutions (NBS), photovoltaic production, sustainable transport and efficiency in public lighting are the best strategies for a successful energy transition.
