Contents

Scripts:

reduction_utils.py: Set of functions for imaging script. The main functions are 1/ Definition of the cleaning parameters for all sources, 2/ Rotate and save an image, 3/ Deproject and save an image, 4/ Get the wedge cut in an image 

script_clean_data.py: Script producing the data images of all sources. From the visibilities, generates clean image, rotate the image to have the major axis along the horizontal direction, deproject the image, and obtains the wedge cut along the major axis direction.

To be executed in CASA 5.1.1-5 in order to reproduce the images of the paper.

Calibrated measurement sets:

Reduced data images:

For the disks included in the DSHARP survey (AS209, DoAr25, DoAr33, Elias20, Elias24, Elias27, GWLup, HD142666, HD143006, HD163296, MYLup, SR4, Sz114, WaOph6, WSB52), the data are available at https://bulk.cv.nrao.edu/almadata/lp/DSHARP/

For GM Aur, the data are available at https://zenodo.org/records/3628656

The data of RY Tau come from Ribas et al. 2024, PDS 70 from Benisty et al. 2021, DM Tau from Hashimoto et al. 2021, and DL Tau, DS Tau, GO Tau, and MWC 758 come from Long et al. 2018.
