Este documento é o Informe anual de prezos e taxas de compravenda de terras rústicas en Galicia producido polo Observatorio Galego de Mobilidade de Terras no ano 2024. O informe analiza a situación do mercado de terras rústicas en Galicia entre os anos 2008 e 2023, ambos incluídos.
O Observatorio é resultado dun Convenio de colaboración entre a Consellería do Medio Rural, a Axencia Galega de Desenvolvemento Rural, o Fondo Galego de Garantía Agraria, a Axencia Tributaria de Galicia, o Instituto de Estudos do Territorio, a Fundación Juana de Vega e a Universidade de Santiago de Compostela para a observación da mobilidade e o mercado da terra en Galicia.
Abstract (English)
This document is the Annual Report on prices and purchase rates of rural land in Galicia produced by the Galician Observatory of Land Mobility in the year 2024. The report analyses the situation of the rural land market in Galicia between the years 2008 and 2023, both included.
The Observatory is the result of a collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Rural Affairs, the Galician Agency for Rural Development, the Galician Agrarian Guarantee Fund, the Tax Agency of Galicia, the Institute of Territorial Studies, the Juana de Vega Foundation and the University of Santiago de Compostela for the observation of mobility and the land market in Galicia.
