This submission provides the necessary code to replicate the work of the article

"Controls of ecohydrological grassland dynamics in agrivoltaic systems" by Athanasios Paschalis, Sara Bonetti & Simone Fatichi

 

The code is in MATLAB and Python and is organized as follows:

Folder /DataDownload
- Provides the functionalities to download meteorological data from ERA5-Land and convert them to inputs for the T&C ecohydrological model

Folder /Micrometeorology
- Provides the functionalities change the micrometeorological inputs for T&C within an agrivoltaic installation

Folder /ModelParameters
- Provides T&C model parameters used for this study
