Использование альтернативных сырьевых материалов в производстве пенопласта
Description
В статье рассматриваются перспективы использования альтернативных сырьевых материалов, таких как полимолочная кислота (PLA), крахмальные композиты и грибные мицелии, в производстве пенопласта. Особое внимание уделено оценке экологических, экономических и эксплуатационных характеристик этих материалов, а также их преимуществам и ограничениям по сравнению с традиционным полистиролом. Проведено исследование прочностных, термостойких и влагостойких свойств альтернативных материалов, их биоразлагаемости и экономической целесообразности применения. Полученные результаты демонстрируют значительный потенциал PLA, крахмала и мицелиев в упаковочной, строительной и медицинской отраслях, где важна экологическая безопасность и снижение углеродного следа. В заключение подчеркивается необходимость дальнейших исследований и поддержки со стороны государства и бизнеса для успешного внедрения альтернативных материалов в промышленное производство пенопласта.
Abstract (English)
The article discusses the prospects of using alternative raw materials such as polylactic acid (PLA), starch composites and fungal mycelia in the production of foam. Special attention is paid to the assessment of the environmental, economic and operational characteristics of these materials, as well as their advantages and limitations compared to traditional polystyrene. The study of the strength, heat-resistant and moisture-resistant properties of alternative materials, their biodegradability and economic feasibility of application has been carried out. The results demonstrate the significant potential of PLA, starch and mycelium in the packaging, construction and medical industries, where environmental safety and carbon footprint reduction are important. In conclusion, the need for further research and support from the government and business is emphasized for the successful introduction of alternative materials into industrial foam production.
