Description
One of the biggest blockades for reusing data are legal uncertainties regarding the datasets. Not always licences and other Terms and Conditions (T&C) are easily findable und accessible. A way to rectify this problem could be legal metadata standards. Those have to meet different interests, map many legal requirements and have several (legal) limitations, even before selecting a concrete implementation.
