Creating a surrogate commuter network from Australian Bureau of Statistics census data

The travel to work data between the usual residence (UR) and place of work (POW) obtained from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) for 2011 on the SA1 to DZN level spatial resolution. This data set was obtained before the change of perturbation protocol and so includes the the additivity step.

2016_surrogate_UR_POW_commuters.dat

The surrogate travel to work data set produced from several ABS data sets to counteract the absence of additivity in the perturbation protocol. The process of which is outlined in our as yet unpublished paper
