Description
Four four-week-old mice, consisting of wild type, Pten mutation, MAP3K3 mutation, and MAP3K3+Pten mutation, were sampled at 4 weeks of age. Endothelial cells were enriched using CD31 magnetic beads, followed by 10X single-cell RNA sequencing.
