The document titled E-RIHS IP D2.5 Guidelines for the E-RIHS Central Hub Management Practices outlines the management practices for the E-RIHS ERIC Central Hub, located in Florence, Italy. The guidelines described in this document are tailored to ensure efficient and coordinated operation of the distributed research infrastructure, in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to the operation of an ERIC. They cover some of the Central Hub’s key operational practices, including service provision, training, communication, event organization, KPI monitoring, and Risk Management. The document also includes comparative analyses to benchmark the E-RIHS Central Hub’s practices against other research infrastructures, offering elements for reflection and further adaptation. This deliverable is conceived as a living document, to be regularly updated and revised.
