Mobilidade de terras e estruturas do sector agrario en Galicia. Informe sectorial 2023

Este informe presenta os principais resultados do estudo sectorial da mobilidade de terras levado a cabo no marco do Observatorio de Mobilidade de Terras no ano 2023.

Dito estudo analizou a relación entre os indicadores de mobilidade de terras coas principais características estruturais do sector agrogandeiro galego no seu conxunto. As variables de mobilidade obtivéronse dos cálculos presentados no Informe de Mobilidade de Terras do 2023, desenvolto tamén no marco do Observatorio.

A actividade do Observatorio de Mobilidade de Terras lévase a cabo a través do Convenio de colaboración entre e Consellería do Medio Rural, a Axencia Galega de Desenvolvemento Rural, o Fondo Galego de Garantía Agraria, a Axencia Tributaria de Galicia, o Instituto de Estudos do Territorio, a Fundación Juana de Vega e a Universidade de Santiago de Compostela sobre a observación da mobilidade e o mercado da terra en Galicia.

O presente estudo persegue afondar e actualizar na análise realizada case fai unha década no marco do proxecto Propiedade, mobilidade da terra e valorización territorial, subscrito entre a Fundación Juana de Vega, a Axencia Galega de Desenvolvemento Rural e a Universidade de Santiago de Compostela e desenvolvido entre 2013 e 2014.

Os principais achados dese proxecto recolléronse na publicación Un enorme bazar: o mercado de terras en Galicia (Corbelle et al., 2016). En particular, a oportunidade de actualizar a devandita análise xorde coa publicación, no ano 2022, da edición 2020 do Censo Agrario.

Abstract (English)

This report presents the main results of the sectoral study of land mobility carried out within the framework of the Land Mobility Observatory in 2023.
 
The study analysed the relationship between land mobility indicators and the main structural characteristics of the Galician agricultural sector as a whole. The mobility variables were obtained from the calculations presented in the Land Mobility Report of 2023, also developed within the framework of the Observatory.
 
The activity of the Land Mobility Observatory is carried out through the collaboration between the Ministry of Rural Affairs, the Galician Agency for Rural Development, the Galician Agrarian Guarantee Fund, the Galician Tax Agency, the Institute of Territorial Studies, the Juana de Vega Foundation and the University of Santiago de Compostela on the observation of mobility and the land market in Galicia.
 
This study aims to deepen and update the analysis carried out almost a decade ago within the framework of the project "Property, land mobility and territorial valorisation", by Juana de Vega Foundation, the Galician Rural Development Agency and the University of Santiago de Compostela and carried out between 2013 and 2014. The main findings of this project were collected in the publication "Un enorme bazar: o mercado de terras en Galicia (A huge bazaar: o mercado de terras en Galicia) (Corbelle et al., 2016)". Particularly, the opportunity to update this analysis arises with the publication, in 2022, of the 2020 edition of the Agricultural Census.
