Käesolevas kokkuvõttes tuuakse esile 6. septembril 2024. aastal vastastikuse eksperdihinnangu saanud avatud juurdepääsuga ajakirjas Nordic Perspective on open Science (NORDIC) avaldatud väljaande „Citizen engagement as a crisis response at higher education institutions in the Baltic states and Ukraine“ peamised aspektid. https://septentrio.uit.no/index.php/nopos/article/view/7508.
