Checkpoints of SCC Segmenter and SCC Hovernet models from Histo-Miner paper. 

  • SCC Hovernet model was trained on NucSeg dataset
  • SCC Segmenter model was trained on TumSeg dataset 

These weights can then be used for inference following Histo-Miner repository scripts: https://github.com/bozeklab/histo-miner.
