Description

The BIOPOLE program involves a number of our own field campaigns in addition to work with Science Partners. During the field seasons, a number of samples will be taken by BIOPOLE Members and Science Partners for several parameters or determinands to capture the biological and chemical properties of the natural waters and sediments. We have produced a “Cookbook”, or guide, for effective and reproducible sampling, processing, preservation, and analysis of the different determinands across the BIOPOLE Community (Members, Science Partners, and Strategic Partners). The “Cookbook” is a living document, and different versions of the document are available here.
