Description

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) is one of the commonly associated melignancy with Diabetes Mellitus and is referred to as Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma-associated diabetes(PDAC-DM). PDAC-DM has a 5-year average survival rate of less than 6%.

Objectives:

  • To understand the progression of PDAC from DM
  • To identify differentially expressed genes that are unique toPDAC-DM
  • To explore pathways that are altered in the condition
