A note on the synonymy of Palaearctic casebearer moths (Lepidoptera: Coleophoridae)

The type specimens of the casebearer moths (Lepidoptera: Coleophoridae) Casignetella magyarica (type locality: Hungary, Kiskunság National Park) and Ecebalia parasymi (type locality: Russia, Saratov environs) are conspecific, so the second name is established as a subjective junior synonym: Casignetella magyarica (Baldizzone, 1983) = Ecebalia parasymi Anikin, 2005, syn. n.
