This upload contains data objects associated with our paper "BrainSTEM: A multi-resolution fetal brain atlas to assess the fidelity of human midbrain cultures".

In particular, this upload contains two single-cell atlases as R object files:

1) the fetal whole brain atlas (RNA assay removed to reduce the size)

2) the fetal midbrain atlas (RNA assay removed to reduce the size)
