Excellence Model for Research Institutions

The book "Excellence Model for Research Institutions" presents a novel perspective on the growth and development of these institutions, aiming to guide their progress towards excellence. By utilizing this model, it becomes possible to assess and examine the current management level of research centers, enabling the planning and management of organizational improvements within a cohesive and continuous framework. This book strives to introduce the concepts and tools of organizational excellence to research institutions in a simple and practical language. The book is the result of a research project titled "Development of an Evaluation Model for Research Institutions Based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model," conducted in three selected research institutes under the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, commissioned by the Iranian Research Institute for Information Science and Technology at the "Sina Institute for Policy Studies, Management, and Innovation.
