Description
Dataset for Research Paper entittled: Escherichia coli in the Niger River: links to environmental variables and anthropogenic
activities in Niamey, Niger.
The dataset includes:
- Niger River Discharge data
- Daily Rainfall events on the Niamey and its surrounding area
- Daily Rainfall events on the middle Niger River tributaries area located upstream of Niamey
- E. coli contents, Suspended Particulated Matter, pH, temperature, Electrical conductivity and Dissolved oxygen for three monitoring stations: Goudel, Tondi Koirey and Saga
- Niger River E. coli contents from upstream to downstream Niamey city, measured during the Red fllood, the Guinean flood and the low water period.
- Niger River E. coli contents from one bank to another at the site of Goudel and Saga, measured during the Red fllood, the Guinean flood and the low water period.
