Diff since v0.2.6

  • rm code now in Climatology.jl (sea level anomalies)
  • move code for ArgoFloat data structure (read, plot) to ArgoData.jl (as OneArgoFloat)
  • make ArgoData.jl (v0.1.25) a full dependency, instead of an extension
  • documentation updates
  • comment out internals from docs, to focus on public API
