Description
The attached trajectories illustrate the thinning of the membrane by DSC2, the impact of Y53A, R54A mutations on this process.In order to comply with the size limit, the initial conformations as well as one illustrative example of the final productive simulation of each simulated system are provided herewith. The initial conformations are provided in PDB format, while the final productive simulations are uploaded in NetCDF (AMBER) format.
