Description

Code for the paper titled "Exact analytic toolbox for quantum dynamics with tunable noise strength". Computes arbitrary moments of the uniform distribution (the Haar measure) over U(N), needed for the calculation of unitarily invariant quantum channels, assuming knowledge of Weingarten functions. Does not require any extra packages. Tested on Mathematica 13.1.
