ANALYSIS OF SOLVENCY RATIO AND PROFITABILITY RATIO TO STOCK RETURN

Description

This research is a quantitative descriptive research using secondary data collection
through documentation. The sample consisted of 13 health companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022, which were obtained by purposive sampling. The data
analysis method used is the multiple regression analysis method. Classical assumption tests,
simultaneous tests (F), and partial tests (T) were used to analyze the data with EViews
software 12.
The results of this study are partial. Namely, the solvency variable (DAR) has a
significant effect on return stocks, while the profitability variable (ROE) does not affect return stock. Meanwhile, solvency (DAR) and profitability (ROE) simultaneously have a
significant effect on return stock.
