Description
Through bin refinement and reassembly by metaGEM (Zorrilla et al., 2021), a total of 164 MAGs were obtained for the assembled shotgun metagenomes of the six-stage samples (BF, MUB, Water, Eng, CH, HMAJ). The uploaded data contained the genome sequence of the 164 MAGs (3 MAGs from BF, 36 MAGs from MUB, 28 MAGs from Water, 35 MAGs from Eng,39 MAGs from CH, 23 MAGs from HMAJ).
