Description
These datasets include the source code and data generated and used in the paper “The forearc seismic belt: A fluid pathway constraining down-dip megathrust earthquake rupture” .
The contents of each file is as follows.
hypocenters.zip – final hypocenter catalog for NE Japan (period: 2016 to 2021) produced in this study.
picks_original.zip – original pick data (arrival time data) produced by PhaseNetSN.
picks_associated.zip - pick data produced by PhaseNetSN (only phases that are associated as earthquakes).
PhaseNetSNmodel.zip – new PhaseNet model for NE Japan produced in this study.
source_WIN2PhaseNet-2.0.0.tar – source code that convert WIN format waveform data to the input format to PhaseNet
source_REALAssociator-2.0.0.tar - source code that associate phase data produced by PhaseNetSN.
source_WINLocator-2.0.0.tar – source code that locate earthquake based on phase data.
