Diff since v1.7.1

Merged pull requests:

  • implement operate_to!!(::BigInt, ::typeof(copy), ::T) for small int T (#357) (@nsajko)
  • Fix handling of ;init kwarg and test it is actually rewritten (#360) (@odow)
