Ideas development sketchbook

A sketchbook that was produced by the artist Garry Barker whilst undertaking several ceramics based projects as well as research into the visualisation of interoception. The ideas move back and forth, sometimes being to do with the realisation of 'fetish' concepts and at other times to help realise thoughts related to the loss of migrants at sea, an often reoccuring idea.. The sketchbook is A3 in size and the paper slightly pourous, which enables for a certain 'roughness' in the quality of the image making, something that helps keep the imagery 'live' and not too 'finished'.
