ORGANIZATION OF NON-GOVERNMENT PENSION FUNDS IN UZBEKISTAN BASED ON FOREIGN EXPERIENCES

In this article, an in-depth study of foreign experience in the issues of effective organization of pension provision in our country, strengthening of its financial resources, application of the positive aspects of pension provision in foreign countries to our national pension system, on this basis, economic and financial aspects of our country's pension system , legal and institutional Considering the issues of strengthening the foundations as current issues and using foreign experience, proposals and recommendations were developed to solve the problems of the existing pension system.
