Molecular Dynamics Trajectories of human tRNA-Gln-TTG-3-1 with Pseudouridine at Positions 55, 13, and Both, Compared to the Unmodified (U) Version

This dataset includes three independent molecular dynamics trajectories(set1,set2 and set3) for human tRNA-Gln-TTG-3-1 variants: tRNA_unmod (no modified nucleotides), tRNA_psi13 (pseudouridine at position 13), tRNA_psi55 (pseudouridine at position 55), and tRNA_psi55_13 (pseudouridine at both positions 55 and 13). The trajectories are provided in .nc format, along with the corresponding .prmtop and .pdb files. Each trajectory spans 500 ns, with coordinates saved every 100,000 steps to reduce file size. However, for trajectory analysis, the coordinates are saved at a higher frequency, every 10,000 steps.
