Description

MouseCHD is a pipeline for heart segmentation and detection of mouse congenital heart defects. This dataset include assets os MouseCHD Napari plugin:

  • thumbnail.png: Logo for the plugin
  • sample.nii.gz: one sample image mouse micro-CT scan
  • transturbo.npy: colormap for Napari plugin
  • busy_mouse.gif: Image displayed when the plugin is running
