A tecnologia é algo que avança todos os dias e que está inserida em todos os aspectos da vida do ser-humano, desde algo pessoal como a comunicação, assim como a administração e aplicação de organização dos sistemas empresariais. Abordando a questão histórica da revolução industrial e de que modo ela contribui na questão logística, partimos do conceito que a modernização dos processos tecnológicos nas empresas é um fator imprescindível para que as organizações possam manter-se competitivas no cenário global, e de que modo pode ser prejudicial tanto a empresa por não investir nas ferramentas e sistemas de tecnologia, assim como ao seu colaborador que não se adaptar a essas mudanças. A Indústria 4.0, tem se tornado o conceito de avanço tecnológico, sendo a representatividade da quarta revolução industrial, onde há progressão de sistemas informacionais, equipamentos e maquinários, que podem trabalhar de forma conectada e sem a dependência humana de forma direta, é a otimização da mão de obra, assim como os processos dentro das empresas, o gera um impacto expressivo no ramo empresarial. A indústria brasileira tem encontrado alguns obstáculos para que essas mudanças ocorram, devido a falta de investimento no setor tecnológico, assim como falta de capacitação dos seus colaboradores, a falta de evolução nesse aspecto tem se tornado um empecilho que ocorra o melhoramento das empresas nacionais. A pesquisa será composta por teorias bibliográficas e pesquisas sobre empresas brasileiras que estão se adaptando à Indústria 4.0.
Abstract (English)
Technology is something that advances every day and that is inserted in all aspects of human life, from something personal as communication, as well as the administration and application of organization of business systems. Addressing the historical issue of the industrial revolution and how it contributes to the logistics issue, we start from the concept that the modernization of technological processes in companies is an essential factor for organizations to remain competitive in the global scenario, and how it can be harmful both to the company for not investing in technology tools and systems, as well as to its employee who does not adapt to these changes .Industry 4.0, has become the concept of technological advancement, being the representation of the fourth industrial revolution, where there is progression of information systems, equipment and machinery, which can work in a connected way and without direct human dependence, is the optimization of labor, as well as processes within companies, which generates a significant impact in the business. The Brazilian industry has found some obstacles for these changes to occur, due to lack of investment in the technological sector, as well as lack of training of its employees, the lack of evolution in this aspect has become a hindrance to the improvement of national companies.The research will consist of bibliographic theories and research on Brazilian companies that are adapting to Industry 4.0.
