What is 'Moresprudence' and how does it relate to the learning organization?

'The concept of 'mores' does not only mean habit, usage or the way in which ‘we’ do things, but also refers to someone’s will and the motivation of his actions. 'Prudence' means, in addition to conscious, skillful and careful, also: foresighted.

Moresprudence means, in short, that we determine our will and way of doing things with forethought, skillful and careful.'
