Data and Additional Figures for: IGRINS observations of WASP-127 b: H2O, CO, and super-Solar atmospheric metallicity in the inflated sub-Saturn

Observation data products, models, and additional figures for the paper - "IGRINS observations of WASP-127 b: H2O, CO, and super-Solar atmospheric metallicity in the inflated sub-Saturn". 

File descriptions:

1. H2O_solar_cldfree_RCTE_forCC.txt - A solar composition RCTE atmosphere model for WASP-127 b containing opacity from H2O molecule alone. The columns in this txt file are wavelength (in microns) and Transit depth. This model has been used for initial cross-correlation analysis in the manuscript.
2. CO_solar_cldfree_RCTE_forCC.txt - A solar composition RCTE atmosphere model for WASP-127 b containing opacity from CO molecule alone. The columns in this txt file are wavelength (in microns) and Transit depth. This model has been used for initial cross-correlation analysis in the manuscript.
3. FREECHEM_retrieval_bestfit.txt - The best fit atmosphere model from the free chemistry retrieval on WASP-127 b. The columns in this txt file are wavelength (in microns) and Transit depth.
4. RCTE_gridretrieval_bestfit.txt - The best fit atmosphere model from the chemically consistent thermochemical equilibrium retrieval on WASP-127 b. The columns in this txt file are wavelength (in microns) and Transit depth.
5. RCPE_gridretrieval_bestfit.txt - The best fit atmosphere model from the chemically consistent photochemical equilibrium retrieval on WASP-127 b. The columns in this txt file are wavelength (in microns) and Transit depth.

1. raw_data_cube.pic - A python3 pickle file containing the raw IGRINS observation data cube of shape 54(spectral orders) x 101 (frames/phases) x 2048 (pixels/wavelengths).
2. reduced_data_cube_wlcalib.pic - A python3 pickle file containing the IGRINS data of shape 38(spectral orders) x 101 (frames/phases) x 1848 (pixels/wavelengths). Using the raw data cube, the wavelengths have been re-aligned to account for minor pixel shifts during the course of observation. A total of 16 spectral orders have been discarded due to heavy telluric contamination. 
3. ph_frame.pic - A python3 pickle file containing the calculated orbital phases of the 101 frames of the observation. 
4. Vbary_frame.pic - A python3 pickle file containing the calculated earth's barycentric velocity (in km/sec) of the 101 frames of the observation. 

1. CCmaps_non_detections.png - Additonal figure for the manuscript showing the non-detections of H2S, CO2, and OH molecules from the cross-correlation analysis on WASP-127 b data.
2. FREECHEM_corner.png - Additional figure for the manuscript showing the full corner plot of the free chemistry retrieval in the manuscript.
3. GRID_fiducial_corners.png - Additional figure for the manuscript showing the full corner plots of the fiducial thermochemical and photochemical gridretrievals.
4. GRID_test_corners.png - Additional figure for the manuscript showing the full corner plots of the test thermochemical and photochemical gridretrievals.
