EQUAL-STATS

EQUAL-STATS software is a shiny application with an user-friendly interface to perform complex statistical analysis. 

Instructions for use of pre-release version:

Steps:

1. Install R (from: https://cran.r-project.org/)
2. Install R studio (from: https://posit.co/download/rstudio-desktop/) (optional).
3. Download the files available: the program file is "EQUAL-STATS.R"; the remaining files are either sample simulated data (comparison.csv, regression.csv, time_series_data.csv) or meta-data (regression_meta_data.csv).
4. Running the program through R.
   • Start R and open EQUAL-STATS.R.
   • Select all the lines and click on "Run".
   • This will open up an user interface using your default browser and you can start the analysis following the instructions available from the user interface.
5. Running the program through R studio.
   • Start R studio and open EQUAL-STATS.R.
   • Click on "Run App" (there is no need to select any lines).
   • This will open up an user interface as part of the Viewer (you can choose to view this in a browser by clicking on the drop-down menu next to "Run App"). Now, you can start the analysis following the instructions from the user interface.
