В статье рассматриваются нейропсихологические аспекты расстройств аутистического спектра (РАС), включая когнитивные, сенсорные и поведенческие нарушения, связанные с этими состояниями. Проведен глубокий анализ микроструктурных изменений в мозге, нарушений работы сенсорных дисфункций. Особое внимание уделено генетическим и эпигенетическим факторам, влияющим на развитие РАС, а также роли иммунных механизмов и воспаления в патогенезе этих расстройств. В статье представлены перспективы будущих исследований, направленных на создание более комплексной модели РАС и развитие персонализированных методов лечения.
Abstract (English)
The article examines the neuropsychological aspects of autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including cognitive, sensory and behavioral disorders associated with these conditions. An in-depth analysis of microstructural changes in the brain, disorders of sensory dysfunctions was carried out. Special attention is paid to the genetic and epigenetic factors affecting the development of ASD, as well as the role of immune mechanisms and inflammation in the pathogenesis of these disorders. The article presents the prospects for future research aimed at creating a more comprehensive model of ASD and the development of personalized treatment methods.
