Simulations of nisin dimerization and membrane pore formation

Simulation trajectory files for nisin dimer and octamer simulations. Instructions for loading on VMD; 

1. Launch VMD
2. cd to folder with dcd files
3. File -> load visualization state

if no visualization state, do the following in the terminal

1. /path/to/vmd /path/to/structure/structure.psf /path/to/trajectory.dcd
