Description
FIGURE 15. Maximum Likelihood phylogenetic tree based on the analysis of SSU rRNA gene sequences of various members of the Trebouxiophyceae, with Chlorophyceae as an outgroup. Numbers at branches indicate bootstrap support from maximum likelihood (1000 replicates) and Bayesian posterior probabilities (ML/BI). Supports of ≥50 % for ML and ≥0.5 for BI are shown.
