Description
FIGURE 1. Phylogram generated from maximum likelihood analysis of all available type/authentic sequences of Acervus species based on dataset of combined 28S, RPB2 and TEF1-α sequence. Likelihood bootstrap support values ≥70 % are indicated near the nodes. Strain/ culture numbers are given after the taxon names. The newly generated sequences are in blue and ex-type strains are in bold. The tree is rooted with Aleuria aurantia (AFTOL-ID 65).
