Kurzfassung: Der Beitrag analysiert im Kontext der EU-Initiativen zur Unterstützung der Berufsausbildung in Europa das Zusammenwirken der Akteursgruppen im Bereich der Neuordnung von Ausbildungsberufen in sechs europäischen Ländern. Dabei werden die Faktoren und Mechanismen, die die Kooperation der Akteure in den vier klassischen Ländern mit einem dualen Ausbildungsmodell – Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz und Dänemark – besonders prägen, näher beleuchtet und mit der Situation in Portugal und Slowakei – zwei Länder mit einem überwiegend schulischen Berufsausbildungssystem – verglichen. Auf Basis der vergleichenden Analyse werden  anschließend Empfehlungen für die internationale Berufsbildungskooperation in diesem Kernbereich der berufichen Bildung vorgestellt und diskutiert.

Abstract: In the context of EU initiatives to support vocational training in Europe, this article analyses the interaction between the groups of stakeholders in the area of the development of training occupations in six European countries. It takes a closer look at the factors and mechanisms that particularly characterise cooperation between the stakeholders in the four traditional countries with a dual training model – Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark – and compares them with the situation in Portugal and Slovakia, two countries with a predominantly school-based vocational training system. Based on the comparative analysis, recommendations for international VET cooperation in this core area of vocational education and training are then presented and discussed.
