Basionym:— Amygdalus pabotii Browicz (1984: 621).
Type:— IRAN. Persia: W Azerbaijan occidentalis: In declivibus australibus jugi Gardaneh-ye Zamziran S Mahabad versus Sardasht, 1400 m, 8 July 1974, Rechinger 49086 (holotype W 1975-0007760!
