Description
R script were all codes and statistical analyses were done : R_script_Joly-Kukla et al., 2024.Rmd
Raw data (pathogens presence/absence and loads) : charges_rick.xlsx, pathogens_bin_T2022.xlsx
Infection rates and loads calcultations are in the files nammed "resume_SE...xlsx", the number of positive samples for a pathogen are presented in "Count.xlsx".
Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure S1 and Figure S2 were generated in the file temporal_dynamics_pathogens.xlsx
Figure 1 was generated using the Qgis software (file not provided) and Figure 4 was generetad in the R script.
The file weather_history.csv was used to calculate mean temperature in the file mean_t.xlsx
