Description
Abstract:
Colloid carbon spheres were used as templates in a hydrothermal technique to create TiO2- ZnO(1:2) composite structures. The structural characterization of as-prepared composite was achieved by XRD, FE-SEM, EDS, and UV-Vis. The photocatalytic studies were evaluated by the decolorization of Congo Red and Methyl Orange dyes under UV irradiation. The results of photocatalytic activity are mainly attributed to the rate of photo generated charge carriers. Finally the efficiency of degradation of phtocatalytic activity is brought into focus. The results will be presented.
