analysis.zip contains data and code used to run StableMate analysis and generate plots in the Deng et al. 2023. 

Analysis is divided into three main folders based on the case study:  case1, case2, case3, simulation.

Each case study contains 5 subfolders: 

data: store data used for StableMate analysis.

downloaded_file: other meta-data, or results from online analysis tools.

plot_code: code used to generate plots in the manuscript.

r_object:  code used to store StableMate results. Plots are generated based on the results in the folder.

saved_file: other saved files aside from StableMate results. 

stablemate_analysis: code used to run StableMate analysis. Results are stored in r_object.
