A Manifesto for equity and inclusion in student mobility

Description

While Erasmus+ has benefited millions since 1987, it remains inaccessible for many students, particularly those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Financial barriers and insufficient grant coverage prevent many from participating in these life-changing opportunities. The manifesto calls for a more inclusive approach, advocating for grants to reflect city-level costs rather than national averages.

The “Erasmus for All” project aims to tackle the low levels of Higher Education (HE) student participation in Erasmus mobility exchange by proposing a more economically viable scholarship scheme that will allow any HE students to spend part of their studies abroad in any of the 33 programme countries.
