Figure 3 Maximum Likelihood tree generated from sequence analysis of the concatenated ACT, CHS-1, GAPDH, ITS and TUB2 genes dataset of C. acutatum species complex. The species C. pseudoacutatum CBS 436.77 was selected as an outgroup. Bayesian posterior probability (PP ≥ 0.90), MP bootstrap support values (ML ≥ 50%) and RAxML bootstrap support values (ML ≥ 50%) were shown at the nodes (ML/PP/MP).
