Molar Ratio Calculator for Gibson Assembly and T4 Ligation Reactions

A Shiny app for calculating reaction recipes for Gibson Assembly (InFusion and NEBuilder) and T4 ligation reactions. The user inputs the total number of nanograms they are aiming for in the reaction and inputs the name, stock concentration, length, and desired molar ratio for up to six DNA segments. The app then automatically generates an optimized reaction recipe that meets the desired molar ratio and has a total DNA content as close as possible to the target number of nanograms while rounding volumes to the nearest tenth.
