Questionnaire 'Study of the Impact of Perceptions of Human Mortality on the Motivation of Employees in Organizations Dealing with Memorialization and Collective Memory in Ukraine'

Description
The purpose of the study is to understand why workers in high psychological pressure areas perform their jobs. The questionnaire is based on developments in terror management theory, social psychology, and M. Heidegger’s phenomenology. The findings aim to improve the understanding of employee motivation and resilience in contexts marked by human suffering.
The survey was completely anonymous, and its results were not used for commercial purposes but only for general analytical scientific purposes. After the survey results were included in the final analysis, the resulting data were permanently deleted from our records. Participants’ individual responses were not disclosed to any third party.
Participation in the study was completely voluntary, and participants could withdraw at any time.
The questionnaire was originally published in Ukrainian on Qualtrics for distribution and data collection.
